Seth focuses on unlawful detainer actions, lease enforcement, and resolving tenant disputes with a practical, results-driven approach.
Outside the office, Seth enjoys scuba diving, saltwater fishing, and spending time with his dog, Apollo. His passion for the ocean and the outdoors brings balance to his fast-paced legal practice, while his commitment to client service remains at the heart of everything he does.
Mackenzie Batten, Esq.
Attorney
Mackenzie Batten is a San Diego-based attorney specializing in landlord-tenant law. She is currently affiliated with Landlord Solutions San Diego, where she provides legal services related to housing and tenancy matters. Ms. Batten earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. During her time there, she served as a Legal Fellow at the university's Housing Rights Clinic, gaining experience in advocating for tenants' rights and addressing housing issues.
Prior to her legal education, Mackenzie pursued a degree in Political Science at Principia College. She participated in a study abroad program to Nepal and India, where she engaged with diverse cultures and focused on storytelling projects centered on women's lives.
